check if all allocated subspace sizes of a DistributedSparseGrid are correct

like sumAndCheckSubspaceSizes for all subspace data sizes of the DistributedSparseGrid

SparseGridType – (derived from) DistributedSparseGridUniform

Parameters:

dsg – the DistributedSparseGrid

Returns:

true if the sum of all elements in the subspace sizes is equal to the raw data size
